These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Icon-Genie ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Icon-Genie is a web-based application that allows users to generate application icons using an AI model. The Service operates on a credit-based system where purchased credits are used to generate icons.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Icons are generated using an AI model. Results may vary and are provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated icons before use.
We do not guarantee that generated icons are unique or original. Generated icons may resemble existing designs or content created for other users.
Icon-Genie relies on a third-party AI model (Flux). The availability, functionality, and permitted use of generated icons may be limited by our commercial agreement with the model provider.
Certain uses of generated content may be restricted, modified, or discontinued to ensure compliance with these requirements.
You retain ownership of your inputs. Subject to compliance with these Terms, you may use generated icons for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated icons as standalone assets, icon packs, or competing services without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Service, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or abuse the payment or credit system.
The Service requires a compatible browser and internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, third-party service failures, or AI model downtime.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icon-Genie shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey / Istanbul.
